WHO WE ARE DIONISI PROPERTY SEARCH Limited: Dionisi Property Search Ltd (DIONISI) is a UK property agency catering for the ever-expanding number of people looking to buy a home in Italy . Founded by Emanuele Dionisi and Ben Ovington, Dionisi Ovington Property Search has recently become Dionisi Property Search Ltd as a consequence of the changes that have taken place in the company structure. Note: You will often find the acronym D.O.P.S. on our websites. This derives from the former name of our company (Dionisi Ovington Property Search). History For several years there has been a dramatic increase in the foreign interest in Italian property generally; however we have seen that a lot of these foreign buyers do not take advantage of local agents (perfectly placed to find the best deals, both in terms of prices and properties), preferring to employ the services of an agent from their own country (who they feel familiar with and speak the same language as). Unfortunately, this often meant foreign “marked up” prices for properties and services.. Solution DIONISI has tried to solve this dilemma. We are a UK-registered company recognised under Italian law to act as a property agent in Italy . This is an arrangement that brings great benefits to our clients, who can deal with English speakers here in London , while the Italian offices carry out the property searches as well as the purchase legalities. Our offices in Italy are staffed by local professionals in every field of property, with many years experience and extremely good local contacts. We take pride in finding our clients the best properties in the region, and at local prices.

Emanuele Dionisi studied architecture in Florence , managed his family's construction firms ( Dionisi Costruzioni and Beni Stabili), and has many years experience in every side of the property sector. He will evaluate the properties for sale and assists the clients through the main phases of the purchase process, in particular in Lazio (area manager), while supporting the Puglia team as well. Mr. Dionisi is also responsible for the maintenance of the website through Galaxy Technology in Rieti.

Italian Office
	Tiina And, with a degree in translation and interpretation, is in charge of translation of the documents in English, Italian and Finnish. She also manages the Rieti office.
	Francesca Gentile, graduate in Tourism Economics, with experience in England and Tunisia. At Dionisi’s offices in Rieti, she takes care of the italian customers and handles the development and property search for the Italian regions.
	Giovanna Acevedo, graduate in International commerce at Centre University of Venezuela, has experience on corporate finances and management. In Dionisi Property Search Ltd at the Rieti’s office, she takes care of the Client Management.

Web Management:
	Costinel Ghità, has considerable experience with information systems, and is responsible for the programming and managing the dedicated DOPS server; he created the DOPS website database and the webdesign, using MySQL and PHP technology;
	Emanuele Dionisi, website project manager; analysis and editorial;
	Mihai Olaru, is an experienced programmer, and was in charge of the the graphics and code writing relating to the web pages, using Java Script and PHP technology.
