It is a property made up of a stone-built farmhouse, designed and built in 1968 by the same family that still owns it.
Casale Agostina was designed as a ship and nothing was left to chance: the huge living room, with many windows and a gigantic living room fireplace, remembers the salon of a ship that sails in the green of the vegetation; the bedrooms are real "ship berths", with berth beds equipped with lights and brackets for typical glasses of a ship and the fall protection from the upper bed is a fishing net; the corridor of access to the bedrooms is rhythmed by 14 "porthole" windows that bring onto the belvedere terrace and 7 openings that instead bring onto the living room.
The furnishing of the farmhouse, specially tailor-made, was designed by the owners, very characteristic is the handmade dish set featuring the name of the farm, or the letterhead and the postcards of the farmhouse.
The farmhouse is surrounded by 6140 sqm of wood. In the external flooring are alternated bricks and travertine, while in interior ones there are large Carrara marble slabs.
